Users are required to precisely categorize the products or services they seek, corresponding to the actual features and functions. The service scope adheres to the capabilities and options available in the platform's officially released version.

Account Registration and Management

During the registration process, users are obliged to complete identity verification using government - issued IDs. Each individual can hold only one active account. Account owners are solely accountable for safeguarding their passwords and are answerable for all actions executed under their accounts. Accounts that remain inactive for more than 18 months may be suspended by the platform.

After - Sales Commitment

1. Warranty: A 12 - month warranty is provided for any defects in the software's functionality. This includes free software updates and bug fixes.

2. Support: 24/7 remote support is available for any technical issues. On - site support can be arranged within 48 hours for complex problems.

3. Return Policy: A full refund can be requested within 14 days if the software fails to meet the specified requirements.

User Responsibilities and Restrictions

Users must abide by international and local laws and avoid:

Amendment and Termination

· Provision of false information during registration.

· Insolvency of either party. Upon termination, users must transfer or delete all data stored on the platform.

Confidentiality

Both parties are required to protect each other's business secrets and sensitive information obtained during the cooperation. The confidentiality obligation remains in effect for 3 years after the contract termination. Any unauthorized disclosure will result in compensation for actual damages.
